Agree the job before booking

An initial discussion helps establish the next step. Some jobs need a scan of the actual car before the solution can be confirmed. Any assessment fee, coding scope, travel and expected timing are agreed before the visit. Workshop work is quoted individually, with parts, activation licences and programming identified separately where needed.

Practical support through to handover

For accepted jobs, we use E-Sys and BimmerUtility as appropriate, check compatibility and save relevant coding data where supported. Regulated power support is matched to the task. After coding, we verify the agreed functions and explain any remaining issues so the workshop has a clear basis for its customer handover.
